The B.C. Civil Forfeiture office has filed a claim in B.C. Supreme Court, hoping to keep more than $104,000 seized from Hells Angels associates during the E-Pandora investigation.
Most of the money came from meth cook Kerry Ryan Renaud and was handed to police agent Micheal Plante in 2004 for drug deals.
“All or some of the money was provided by purchasers of methamphetamine,” the civil forfeiture office says.
