A 42-year-old Richmond man known to police was gunned down in a targeted shooting outside a Sikh temple Friday night.
Edwin Shek-Yin Cheng was sitting in his vehicle outside the Nanaksar Gurdwara Gursikh temple on Westminster Highway when it was sprayed by gunfire just before 9:30 p.m.
