A Vancouver gangster linked to the police investigation into the 2012 murder of Sandip Duhre has pleaded guilty to three firearms counts in B.C. Supreme Court.
Philip Juan Ley entered the plea before Associate Chief Justice Austin Cullen in Vancouver Monday morning.
Crown spokesman Neil MacKenzie said sentencing is set for May 1.
Ley admitted he possessed six loaded restricted firearms in the spring of 2012 and breached a weapons prohibition.
