A man wounded in a 2009 shooting near a Surrey strip club testified in B.C. Supreme Court Tuesday that he had no idea how a live 40-calibre bullet got into a rear door compartment in his Range Rover.
The man, who can’t be identified due to a publication ban, was struck in the shoulder when his vehicle was sprayed with bullets near T-Barz strip club on Feb. 16, 2009.
