The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is investigating its fourth new case in a week.
IHIT has taken conduct of a murder file after a man was fatally shot near 145 St. and 83 A Ave. in Surrey.
IHIT said in a tweet that the murder is targeted and that they will release no more information until Monday.
