A Kelowna man associated to the Independent Soldiers gang has been sentenced to four years in jail for possess of illegal firearms and ammunition.
Vincent Lewis Timpany, 42, pleaded guilty in B.C. Provincial Court last week to a number of firearms charges.
Timpany was arrested after an investigation by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit, which received information about Timpany’s firearms cache in December 2013.
