A Red Scorpion associate has now been charged with two counts of trafficking after his arrest on Vancouver Island in January.
Adam Stephen Donald, 40, was picked up by the Emergency Response Team in Sidney after an investigation by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit.
At the time of his arrest, CFSEU Sgt. Bill Whalen said Donald had been seen in Mission earlier in the day attending a meeting with “a few” Red Scorpion associates....
