Changes possible in Canadian pot possession laws

Interesting developments in both Ottawa and Vancouver on enforcement of pot possession laws.

In Ottawa, Justice Minister Peter MacKay said the federal government is looking at loosening marijuana laws so that people in possession of pot would get a ticket, rather than a criminal code charge.
