Long-time Vancouver gangsters Barry Espadilla and James Riach have been arrested in Manilla after police raided a luxury apartment and found large amounts of cocaine, methamphetamine and ecstasy.
The National Bureau of Investigation in the Philippines carried out the raid at dawn Wednesday local time and took the two men into custody, along with a Filippino named Tristan Olazo.
