A Surrey taxi driver was lucky to escape injury after a drive by shooting targeted four passengers in his cab Saturday night.
Surrey RCMP said the incident happened about 10:50 pm on 102 A Avenue near University Blvd.
An unknown vehicle pulled up beside the moving taxi on the driver’s side and someone inside fired a single shot into the cab, Sgt. M.A. Hedderson said in a news release.
